JESSOP

PHIL CROSSLEY

A stalwart for the Presidents through the late 1980s and early 1990s - a fierce competitor with both bat and ball. Took 6-11 in five overs in 1986 in one of our finest bowling performances in probably our biggest ever win (having already made 36 when batting) - topping the bowling averages with nine wickets at 3.89 (in just two matches) that year. Took a match-winning 4-15 in one of our tightest and closest matches in 1990 and 4-26 in a fine win down in Brighton in 1989. Won the double-wicket in 1992.
